Fairmarkets Trading Pty Ltd, which is subject to ownership and control of Trive Investment B.V. , holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) with licence number 424122 pursuant to section 913B of the Corporations Act 2001, authorizing it to amongst other things, provide general advice, deal by issuing and make markets in derivatives and foreign exchange contracts to retail and wholesale clients. Fairmarkets Trading Pty Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Fairmarkets Trading Pty Ltd has an exclusive licence agreement with Fairmarkets International Ltd. to use FairMarkets trademark and domain.
The other group company Trive Financial Services Malta Limited, a private limited liability company is also owned by Trive Investment B.V. and registered under the Laws of Malta, having company registration number C 60473 and its registered address at Floor 5, The Penthouse, Lifestar, Testaferrata Street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1403, Malta. Trive Financial Services Malta Limited is licensed to conduct investment services business under the Investment Services Act (Chapter 330 of the Laws of Malta) by the Malta Financial Services Authority (CRES-IF-5048).
